The MSSU housing contract is for a full academic year. Completion of this form does not guarantee release from your current contract. This form serves as an appeal for release from financial obligations for the remainder of the signed contract. Students not approved will continue to be financially responsible for all room and board fees through the end of the contract.

I fully understand that I have not been released from my contract and am still financially responsible for the remander of my contract until approval is granted.
