Did you know?

The procces of lowering of the water table by pumping, to allow excavation of a mine is called dewatering. Dewatering is a vital consideration for any mine that must excavate below the water table, and can be quite costly to run 24 hours a day.

Description:


This unit was built by Raytheon Corp. in the early 1970's. It was among the first commercial seismic digital data processors. It had a CPU with 32K memory and an array transform processor by Electronic Computer - Raytheon 704 Computer, tape drives (SSC-Phoenix and Wang Mfg.), teletype (Teletype Corporation), card reader (SSC-Phoenix and Documation Inc.), plotter (SSC-Phoenix and Gould), etc.
