The “Value of Diversity” Competition encourages MSSU students to express how diversity enriches our community, culture, and lives.
Current MSSU students may submit one original work: essay, poem, song, speech, short video, presentation, sculpture, painting, etc.
Entries are due to the MSSU Resource Development Center by noon on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
Winning entries will be presented during MLK Day of Service events on January 21, 2013.

STEP 1: Please complete the Online Entry Form to accompany your submission.
STEP 2: You can submit your entry to the Resource Development Center (Spiva Library Room 329) OR email files it to the Resource Development Center. Files should be PDF, JPG, WMV or MP4 formats. Video and audio files will be uploaded to the MSSU Value of Diversity YouTube channel for viewing by the public and competition judges.

At this time, the MLK Day of Service Calendar is still in draft stage. Award Winners will be announced the week of January 14, in preparation for the MLK Day of Service activities on Monday, January 21. Please plan to attend the MLK Celebration Breakfast, Reflection Ceremony and other MLK Day of Service events to show your work.
