Graduation Information for On-Campus Students

To ensure timely processing of your graduation application, please be aware of graduation deadlines.

  1. Begin the application process in the Registrar's Office, Hearnes Hall, Suite 308.
    The Registrar's office will give you:
    - An Application for Degree Candidacy
    - Graduation Checklist Form
  2. Print a CAPP Degree Evaluation to accompany your forms.
  3. Schedule an appointment with your advisor to discuss your Application. Your Advisor will process your forms.
  4. After the Graduation Checklist is received by the Registrar, a confirmation copy will be sent to you.
