Commencement Rehearsal

Commencement Rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 4:00 p.m., in the Leggett and Platt Athletic Center.

Day of Commencement

Please arrive at Young Gymnasium in your academic regalia at least 30 minutes before your ceremony is scheduled to begin. Pick up your seating card and remain in Young Gymnasium where you will be lined up for the processional. Your seating card is very important. When you go up to the stage to receive your diploma, you will give it to the Dean who will read your name. Please note that you will receive only a diploma cover, not your actual diploma at Commencement. Subject to your completing all degree requirements, your diploma will be mailed to the address listed on your application for graduation on file in the Registrar’s Office.

Commencement Photographs

For your convenience, arrangements have been made with GradImages/GradTrak for a professional photographer to record the moment you are awarded your diploma. You will receive a passport-size, full-color proof in the mail approximately one week after the ceremony. There is no obligation to purchase, and you will have the option of ordering several enlargement packages at very reasonable prices. GradImages/GradTrak guarantees complete satisfaction with your photograph or you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Their toll free number is 1-800-628-4509, extension 3589 or cmook@gradtrak.com.
