MSSU grants credit for satisfactorily completed College Level Examination Program (CLEP) Subject Exams. No credit is given for CLEP General Exams. CLEP exams are administered through MSSU's Advising, Counseling, and Testing Services (ACTS) located in Hearnes Hall.
Missouri Southern students may check out The Official Study Guide for CLEP Examinations from the ACTS office by submitting their college ID card. To purchase a copy, check with the MSSU bookstore, a local bookstore, or phone the College Board Publications at 1-800-323-7155.

*Student must complete the Missouri Constitution Exam in order to fulfill State Legislation requirements. Sign up in the Dean of Arts & Sciences office in Hearnes Hall.
**Limit of 3 hours for English Major.
***Student must complete two credit hours of CHEM 190 to receive the laboratory credit for CHEM 151 and CHEM 152. Four credit hours each for CHEM 151 and CHEM 152 will be posted after the completion of CHEM 190.
