Dr. Keith Cochran, Educational Psychologist

 

Dr. Cochran earned his Ph.D. at the University of Alabama in Educational Psychology with minors in Educational Research, Special Education and Statistics. Additionally, he holds the Ed. S. degree in Educational Research also from the University of Alabama. His research interests include identifying and measuring factors contributing to successfully educating children with special needs, exploring innovative and thematic approaches to teaching and learning, and developing original instruments to measure various psychological constructs. Dr. Cochran received the most prestigious awards conferred by UA for both excellence in research and excellence in teaching. He came to MSSU in August, 1997.
