        Hail! In (the boundary of) the kingdom of the Mah r ja Hastin, who meditates on the feet of (the god) Mah d va; at (the village of)  mbl da; (and) in (the boundary of ) the bh ga of the Mah r ja Sharvan tha,  (this) boundary-pillar has been set up by Shivad sa, the grandson of Indana, and the son of the Gr mika V su;  in the Mah  M gha samvatsara; the month K rttika; the day 10 (and) 9.
