 | In a previous life, Dr. Garoutte's research interests included enzyme mechanisms,
the study of enzymes in organic solvents, and catalytic RNA. He is currently
focusing on developing new teaching methods in chemistry, particularly in the
field of guided-inquiry learning. |
 | His personal hobbies include vocal music, tennis, and personal computers,
and he is enjoying fatherhood immensely |
