JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - Missouri Southern will
help "Russia Semester" activities get started off right with a
Russian Pop Music 'Sock Hop' Dance on Friday, Sept. 10.
Starting at 7 p.m. in the Connor Ballroom on the third floor of
the Billingsly Student Center, the dance will feature popular current
music from Russia. DJ Serguei Bedine promises a fun evening with good
music, dancing.
The evening will also feature Russian appetizers and refreshments. The event is sponsored by the Institute of International Studies and Campus Activities Board (CAB). The Sock Hop is open to the public. There is no cost to attend. . |
