JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - Missouri Southern State University will place the spotlight on health care professions during "Health Care Professions Day," slated for 12:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 5 at the Mills Anderson Justice Center.

The day is designed for those interested in all pre-health professions. Those include:

Medicine
Dental Hygiene
Dentistry
Environmental Health
EMT
Medical Technology
Nursing
Health Promotion and Wellness
Optometry · Paramedic
Pharmacy
Physical Therapy
Radiologic Technology
Respiratory Therapy
Veterinary Medicine
