Records Assistant 

Seeking applicants for the full-time position of Records Assistant reporting to the Registrar. Duties include, but are not limited to, front counter customer service functions, processing transcript requests, and producing correspondence regarding various types of record requests. High School diploma or GED required. Previous office experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office programs are required. Fast paced work environment. Comprehensive benefits. Salary is $9.74 per hour. Position is open until filled.

Administrative Assistant – Athletics 

Seeking applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant position in the Athletics Department. Duties include scheduling; telephone/office reception; department correspondence; awards preparation; creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets; assist in various Athletic Department events. Additionally assisting in departmental travel coordination, various personnel tasks, and other tasks as assigned. High School diploma or GED required.
