Tuition Management Systems (TMS) Monthly Payment Plan

Missouri Southern's payment plan is administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS).Payment plan options are available each semester, through the second due date, for current student account balances.  There is a $35 enrollment fee for each term that you use this plan, and plans are interest-free.

Students are required to pay their first monthly installment, plus the $35 enrollment fee to activate their payment plan.  Tuition Management does not accept Visa.

There are three options for enrolling in the TMS payment plan:

  • Online
  • Call TMS at 1-(800) 722-4867
  • Paper enrollment in the Bursar's Office (only accepts check or money order made payable to "Payment Plan")

Tuition Management will send monthly statements to the student or other designated payer until the student's plan is paid in full or canceled.  Monthly payments should be made and sent directly to Tuition Management, they are not made to Missouri Southern. The TMS payment address is:

Not receiving a Tuition Management statement does not negate the student's responsibility to make the proper payment by the appropriate due date.

If a difference occurs between the amount shown as your student account balance and the amount established in your payment plan with Tuition Management, the student is responsible for adjusting the payment plan amount accordingly.  Students will be unable to enroll in future semesters until their student account balance is paid in full.

Tuition Management Enrollment Dates

Payments are due by the 1st of each month.

Fall Plans

Prior to July 1 - Deposit + 4 Plan (5 payments)
July 2 - August 1 - Deposit + 3 Plan (4 payments)
August 2 - Due Date - Deposit + 2 Plan (3 payments)

Spring Plans

Prior to December 1- Deposit + 4 Plan (5 payments)
December 2 - January 1 - Deposit + 3 Plan (4 payments)
January 2 - Due Date - Deposit + 2 Plan (3 payments)

Summer Plans

Prior to May 1 - Deposit + 2 Plan (3 payments)
May 2 - Due Date - Deposit + 1 Plan (2 payments)
