JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - Kevin Greim of the Missouri Southern Athletics Department, says free admission for everyone to the Lions women's home basketball opener beginning at 6 p.m., Wed. Nov. 28.

 

The Lions will play Webster University. Donations to help fund breast cancer research will be encouraged at the entrances. All proceeds from donations and concessions will go to the American Cancer Society and the Hope 4 You Breast Cancer Foundation.

 

Also, Freeman and St. John's hospitals have sponsored commemorative pink uniforms for our girls to wear that night. We will auction off the jerseys and all money raised will also be split between the two charities.
