JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - Missouri Southern is pleased to announce the signing of an Agreement of Understanding with Labette Community College (LCC) in Parsons, Kan.

Under the terms of the agreement, the MSSU Criminal Justice Department will work with the LCC Criminal Justice Department to provide students with a seamless career pathway to the Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Degree.

On Friday, March 2, Missouri Southern President Dr. Julio León and others from MSSU visited the LCC campus to participate in an official signing ceremony and meet with Dr. George Knox, LCC President. The signing was held in LCC’s Thiebaud Theatre.

Many of the courses at both institutions will be offered online for the benefit of students who, for a variety of reasons, must remain in their own geographical location.
