JOPLIN, MO (SNS) –The next International Trade Seminar sponsored by the International Trade and Quality Center at Missouri Southern State University will focus “Do’s and Don’ts of International Trade.”

 

Arnold Berney, corporate vice president, International Home Furniture Division of Leggett & Platt, Inc. will be the guest speaker. Berney has extensive experience in all phases of international business operations including sales, marketing and manufacturing.

 

The presentation will be held from 6 – 8:45 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 26 in Room 102 of The Robert W. Plaster School of Business (formerly Matthews Hall) at MSSU.

 

The final session, on Nov 2, and will feature several international business specialists, including Dr. Bo Strombom of Geneva, Switzerland. Strombom held executive positions for several companies in Europe and South America.
