JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - The KGCS-TV program Newsmakers will air a program on the cleanup following last month's ice storm.

Newsmakers host, Judy Stiles, will talk to Keith Stammer, Joplin Emergency Management Coordinator.

This program will focus on the emergency response to the storm that hit the Joplin area.

Keith Stammer will discuss the scope of damaged trees and power loss. He will describe how emergency operations were implemented to deal with the situation.

Stammer also will cover the current phase of cleanup of the storm debris.

The program will air at 5:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 21 and Wednesday, Jan. 23. It will be shown on KOAM-TV at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 and again on KOZJ Public TV at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27.
