JOPLIN, MO (SNS) - KGCS-TV will provide recorded coverage of the Carl Junction and Joplin High School commencement ceremonies. Both will be held in Leggett and Platt on the Missouri Southern State University campus.

 

Both programs will be recorded and aired later in the day. In addition, copies of the ceremonies are available for purchase, with proceeds benefitting the student broadcast group, the National Broadcasting Society.

 

The Carl Junction graduation will be held in the afternoon on Sunday, May 11. The ceremony will air on KGCS-TV that evening starting at 8 p.m.

 

The Joplin graduation will be held in the afternoon on Sunday, May 18. The ceremony will air on KGCS-TV that evening at 8 p.m.

 

Both ceremonies may be seen on KGCS, UHF channel 57, Cable One channel 7 and Mediacom channel 77.

 

In addition, DVD or videotape copies are available for purchase. Order forms have been provided to the high school seniors. Those with questions may call KGCS-TV at 625-9777.
