Music Facilities

The Department’s facilities include a new 400-seat recital hall (Webster Hall Auditorium), which is directly connected to our television and radio broadcasting and production studios, two new Steinway concert grand pianos, new “Boston” (by Steinway) and Yamaha practice room pianos and several smaller grand and studio pianos.

An electronic piano lab with multiple communication capabilities allows the inexperienced pianist to learn in a classroom setting while progressing at his or her own pace.

Our large ensembles perform in Taylor Performing Arts Center, a beautiful facility seating more than 2,000. We have a listening lab with vast holdings, and a new computer lab with the latest in hardware and music software.
