Ryan White Care Act Title III HIV Planning and Capacity Building Grant Program
Provides funding to support eligible entities in rural and underserved areas, and communities of color, in their efforts to plan for the establishment of HIV primary care services and/or develop, enhance and expand their capacity to provide HIV primary care services. There are two Initiatives under this grant program: Initiative I: Grants to Plan for the Establishment of HIV Early Intervention Services and Initiative II: Grants to Expand and Enhance Organizational Capacity to Provide HIV Early Intervention Services. Agencies may apply for funding under one or both Initiatives.
