Contract For Withdrawal:

Withdrawing between the Second through the 9th week of Spring or Fall classes will result in a "W".  Withdrawing through the 4th week of classes in the Summer semester will result in a "W".  Withdrawing after the 9th week in Spring or Fall or after the 4th week in Summer will result in a grade of "F".

This form is to be used for individual course withdrawal only, by students enrolled in only distance learning courses
(no on-campus courses).

A complete withdrawal from College cannot be accomplished through use of this form.  To do a complete withdrawal you must see or telephone the University Exit Counselor at (417-625-3006)

Students will not be officially dropped until books have been received in the university bookstore
either delivered in person or by mail.

TUITION AND FEE REFUND POLICY

Prior to end of second week of classes: 100%

Third thru fourth weeks: Student is responsible for 50% of tuition and fees. The 50% refund is not applicable for special course or record fees.

After fourth week: None - student is responsible for 100% of tuition and fees.

The above information pertains to full-term classes. Students must contact the Registrar's Office for information on off-schedule courses.

Money paid by financial aid sources will be fully reimbursed before monies are refunded to the student.

NOTE: The above refund policy does not apply to students with federal financial aid.
