DVD Video Correspondence
DVD Correspondence course materials will be mailed to your permanent address on file
in the Registrars office. Video course material will be mailed from the office of Lifelong Learning prior
to the semester start. The DVD Correspondence courses follow the same semester schedule as the on-campus
courses. The course is instructor led, not self-paced. The instructor sets examination procedures. Proctored
and/or on-campus visitation for purposes of exams may be required. Just as a reminder, there is a distance learning
technology fee associated with these courses.
The course listing with instructors and their email address can be found with the course information
on our LioNet Course Search. Select the term, Select the subject, select Distance Learning for Schedule Type and All for Instructional Method (Video Courses). Once you have chosen your distance education courses, you can use this on-line registration request form.
Below is a checklist for making sure you are ready for your DVD Video Correspondence Course.
Contact your instructor as soon as possible and let them know that you are in their class and what medium you are using.
This is a good time to ask them what the procedures are for test taking and turning in assignments.
Contact the MSSU bookstore through their website http://www.mssu.bkstr.com or by calling them at (417) 625-9380 to see if you need any textbooks.
If you have any technical problems with your DVD Video Correspondence course please contact Noel Wiseman at (417) 625-9861 or our toll free number at (866) 727-4108 or email at Wiseman-n@mssu.edu.
