The Wayne Kester Volunteer Award
The Wayne Kester Volunteer Award is presented each year in honor and celebration of the dedication of community volunteers that benefit and support KGCS-TV. The award is in honor of Mr. Wayne Kester, who was unfailing in his volunteer commitment to KGCS. Wayne worked as a volunteer Master Control operator for more than eleven years, airing local programming.
