Dave Berry is
vice president of Community Publishers, Inc. and oversees the
company's eight Missouri newspapers. A native of Aurora, MO
and a 1975 graduate of Missouri State University, he became editor
of the Bolivar Herald-Free Press two years later and has
served as the paper's publisher since 1985.
Berry is past
president of the Missouri Press Association and past Region 7
director of the National Newspaper Association. He is also
past president of the Bolivar Area Chamber of Commerce and the
Bolivar Rotary Club. He is a current board member of the
Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation.
He and his wife,
Brenda, have two sons and four grandchildren, all living in Bolivar. |
