Tools of Quality Systems

Presented by Mike Carder & Terry Marion

Tools of Quality Systems is a practical overview using statistical systems and tools for continuous improvement of products, services, and processes that lead to reduced variation and cost while still managing to achieve customer satisfaction.  A team approach is used in conjunction with lectures, discussions and exercises to achieve a  hands-on  experience.  Data driven decision concepts of Continuous Improvement, Six-Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing will be compared and contrasted.  Basic math calculations are the only necessary prerequisite skills.
