Responsible for seven professionals and three clerical staff in the following areas: recruiting, selection, training, affirmative action, legal, medical, worker's compensation, self-insured and administrated health insurance, property insurance and taxes, labor relations including contract negotiations and enforcement in eleven different geographical locations. Reported directly to President.

Progressed from Assistant Professor to Full Professor
