Leadership Development in Today's Quality Organization - Spring 2007 - Participants will develop leadership skills by learning the qualities of a leader and how today s executives, middle managers, and supervisors can become not just an effective supervisor of people, but a leader for the organization that appreciates an understanding of variation reduction and continuous improvement. Tools of Quality Systems - the seminar presents an overview of an evolving philosophy for continuous improvement of products, processes, and services. Current Issues in International Business - This series of ten weekly seminars will address the most relevant and current problems facing international business. Experts in international business management, marketing, and finance will teach the ten evening sessions. Topics will include cultural awareness, foreign exchange techniques, international terms of payment, finance, marketing, business development, and organizational structures. Doing Business in Mexico - Hints and Tips on how and what to do if you are conducting business in Mexico.
