Deadline for receipt of protocol papers.
These are required only for projects needing prior SRC approval, i.e., involving vertebrates, pathogens, etc. Use the rules wizard to see if your project needs pre-approval.

Receipt of all protocol papers for projects involving human subjects for SRC approval.
Friday, 13 Mar 2009
Deadline for postmark of entry form, ISEF forms (minimum: 1, 1A, 1B) and fees ($10 grades 9-12/$5 grades 5-8). Entries postmarked after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee.

Set up of projects in Leggett & Platt Athletic Center
All projects must be in place by 6:00 pm
6:00 pm - Judges' Meeting
6:30-9:00 pm - Judging of projects
Students must be present at their projects during judging
Wednesday, 01 Apr and Thursday 02 Apr 2009, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Public viewing of projects.
Thursday, 02 Apr 2009, 6:30 pm
Awards ceremony in Anderson Auditorium.
Thursday, 02 Apr 2009, 8:00 pm
Removal of projects. Projects may not be removed before the completion of the awards ceremony.
