staff (2007) Excellent Faculty and Quality Supervision People make the difference. The Village prides itself on a highly qualified and enthusiatic faculty and staff. Small class sizes ensure quality instruction and personal attention. Our faculty members are certified teachers or have advance degree's in Spanish, who are fluent in Spanish and are committed to excellence in education. Our dynamic counselors, some of whom are native speakers of Spanish, supervise villagers 24 hours a day. Our four-to-one villagers per staff ratio ensures quality supervision and excellent personal attention to each student. The camp dean and director oversee the camp at all times. Our staff's knowledge and enthusiasm have made the Village a successful program that will celebrate its 13th year.
