- Check the Qualifications to see if you qualify and
decide whether you can carry out the duties and responsibilities of
the position you want to obtain.
- Fill out the Staff Questionnaire and send it to the
MSSU International Language Resource Center.
- Fill out the top portion of 2 Reference Forms and
give it to your reference person to fill out and send it to us directly.
(We will not process your application without the Reference Forms).
- if you are a selected as a suitable candidate, we will check your
references and contact you to set up an interview.
Part of the interview will be conducted in Spanish and part
in English.
- As part of the application process we will submit your information
for background checks.
- We will notify you in writing about our decision as soon as possible.
- If you are selected for the position, you will need to attend the
mandatory training sessions prior to the camp. Training for
the 2010 session will be held Monday, July 5, 2010 thorugh Thursday
July 8, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. New Village staff will also
meet at 8:00 a.m. prior to the general meeting on Monday, July 5, 2010.
- AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN HIRED, you will need to fill
out the Application for Employment at the Human Resource
Office (Hearnes Hall 214)

- Head Counselor - $600.00
- Counselor - $500.00
- Junior Counselor - $450.00
