Spanish Village Program Rates 2009:

The cost of the Residential Village is $550.00, which includes tuition, instructional and other materials, room, board (three meals and one snack a day ), insurance, use of facilities, and a T-shirt.

The cost of the Day Village is $450.00, which includes tuition, instructional and other materials, food (lunch and one snack a day), insurance, use of facilities, and a T-shirt. The payment schedule is as follows:

DISCOUNTS:
EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT: An early-bird discount of $50.00 will be applied to each camper’s account if the registration form, $100.00 deposit and first payment are paid before April 1, 2009.

MSSU DISCOUNT: Dependents of MSSU employee’s will receive a discount of $100.00 for residential camp and/or $75.00 for day camp. The Village also offers a $50.00 discount for dependents of current MSSU students.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: There will no longer be a separate discount for additional siblings.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT: Instead of a sibling discount, the Village will offer referral discounts to campers who refer other campers including siblings. In order to receive credit for a referral, the referred camper must indicate on their registration form the name of the camper or parent that referred him/her and pay the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. After receipt of the registration form and deposit, a credit will be given to the camper who made the referral. A residential referral is worth a $50 credit and a day camper referral is worth a $25 credit. Referral discounts may be applied through June 1, 2009. Both new campers and repeating campers may earn referral discounts.

Each camper may earn up to $200 in discount credits between the different types of discounts offered.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation prior to July 1, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 application fee. Cancellations after July 1 but before the session start date will result in an additional non-refundable fee of 50% of the total. If cancellations occur after a session begins, the refundable 50% of the total tuition will be prorated based on the number of attendance days.
