Our team in Missouri Southern State University provides food in Dining Hall in Mayes Student Life Center and The Lion’s Den in Billingsly Student Center where students get to choose when and where they eat. Our mission is to provide guests with quality, nutritious and appealing food at reasonable rates; and to develop employee work ethics, values, talents and professional service.
