Word, San Antonio, Texas; responsible for the professional (technology)
certification program, and the information systems specialty in the
adult evening program; teaching courses in networking, microcomputer

- Coordinating
the I.S. concentration of the BBA program between the evening Adult
Degree-Completion Program and the primary day program.

primary computer lab complex of five labs and fifteen staff and student

and built campus-wide fiber optic data/voice network throughout Schreiner College in Kerrville,
TX. Hired, and trained the support organization. Setup and

Implemented a LAN-based interactive relational database system for
recruiting and financial aid, registration, general accounting,
and student/faculty/alumni record-keeping.
- Designed
and built a complete Windows Integrated Development Environment ( in
Borland Delphi) for a little-known programming language (ICON)
previously hosted mainly on UNIX.

technology -- Washington DC area, and South Texas.
- Looney & Co.: Designed, built, managed five-city WAN-based
relational database in support of the defense of the Dow Corning
Silicon Breast Implant case.

Software International:
Managed unit to revive database products line throughout South and
West; reorganized the region, hired/fired/recalled key staff, resulting
in dramatic improvement in performance in very short time.

Products Inc.: Launched 4 GL
product for midsize IBM development; designed telemarketing effort;
hired, trained, organized telemarketing staff resulting in quick burst
of orders exceeding expectations.

Trained various national firms in design and use of sales/service

- Union Carbide Linde Division: Designed sales/prospecting database, and
trained and equipped field force of over 100 to use portable computers
to increase sales through improved customer response, product
