ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Students competing on scholarships must be full time students (at lease 12 hours). They must carry at least a cumulative GPA of 3.00 and a semester GPA of at least 2.75. If students violate these standards they will be placed on probation the following semester. If violation of the standard continues while on probation, the student(s) will be dismissed from the forensics squat at MSSU.

Students not on scholarship must adhere to the same rules for academics and must be participating in the academic realm over the 6 hour requirement. Academic eligibility and requirements must also meet guidelines established by the appropriate forensic authority.

Students can request to be reinstated after a semester in which they carry the GPA term and overall requirements.
