Dr. Chad D. Stebbins teaches Mass Communication and is adviser to The Chart. Dr. Stebbins is a former editor of The Chart, having completed his Bachelor' Degree in Business Administration at Missouri Southern, working at The Joplin Globe part-time while still a student. He went to Central Missouri State University for a Master's Degree in Mass Communication, and returned to Missouri Southern as an instructor in Journalism. He completed his doctorate in Mass Communication at Bowling Green State University. His book, All the News is Fit to Print: Profile of a Country Editor, was published by the University of Missouri Press in the spring of 1998.
