New hire Kristen Livingston will be teaching Mass Communication courses at Missouri Southern State University. She earned her Masters in Communication with concentrations in Gender Communication and Documentary Film from Pittsburg State University in 2008. Her Bachelors is also from Pittsburg with the emphasis in Broadcasting. She served as an Adjunct faculty member at Labette Community College in the Spring of 2009. When not exercising her "skills" in academia, she loves to run, sing, play with her Vizsla Mojo and watch baseball religiously (Go Mets!).
