Ms. Garner comes to us as a full time faculty member for the 2008-2009 academic year after teaching for the department as an adjunct for a year. She received her BA in Communication from William Jewell College and her Masters in Communication from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She has taught at Southeastern Technical College and at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, MO. She also has experience in Public Relations through the American Royal Association and KGRC radio.
