Security suspects high schoolers broke window

1. Accident

    11/7/2002

    9:20 a.m.

Two students were involved in an accident Nov. 7. A vehicle traveling eastbound on the main drive was struck by another vehicle that did not yield. The second driver struck the car causing damage at the right rear panel.

The second vehicle also had damage on the left front bumper.

 

2. Stolen Property

     11/10/2002

      8 a.m.  

   

Security was notified Nov. 10 that her right rear tire was missing off her black Nissan. Security questioned the student about the incident to see if she had any enemies or may have known who had taken the tire, but she said she had no idea.

There are no suspects at this time.

 

 

3. Damaged Vehicle

     11/9/2002

      9:30 a.m.

 

A student reported to security her vehicle was damaged by another vehicle in the parking lot. The damaged area was on the right rear quarter panel and slight damage to the bumper.

The student told security she was certain the damage occurred while on campus. There are no suspects at this time.  

 

4. Vandalism

     11/11/2002

      9:20 a.m.

   

Security was notified Nov. 11 about a broken window in Taylor Auditorium. Theatre department officials believe the window was broken over the weekend. That same weekend several high schools were on campus attending band functions.

The glass was broken out of the east side of the north entrance to Taylor Auditorium.
