Missouri Southern is one of just a few colleges and universities that surveys 100% of all graduates. Unlike most colleges and universities, we report the employment and graduate study status of every single graduate every year. Collecting this information helps us to be more accountable and responsive to the needs of our students, employers, and alumni.
In short, we know what happens to our students when they successfully complete their education at Missouri Southern. We know where they go to work and where they are studying. We know what kinds of positions they are able to secure and often times at what salary. This detailed information helps us supply useful information to current and prospective students and faculty members about the success of recent graduates.
