The Public Information Office maintains calendars for public and campus activities. We want to make sure your programs are included in the various cultural and campus calendars produced.

Southern Spotlight is distributed each semester. Deadline for events to be included each semester is the end of the first week of classes.

In addition to our published cultural events calendars, we are maintaining a master calendar of all campus events plus additional events in the community to help avoid scheduling conflicts. If you are considering certain dates for a special event, we urge you to check the campus master calendar or call us (extension 9399). This is particularly important for arts and humanities activities that tend to attract the same audiences.

Please complete the form below for any public or campus events you are planning for either fall or spring. Of particular interest is anything related to the International Theme Semester, for which a special publication is being developed. The calendars produced in the Public Information Office are distributed thousands of alumni and friends of the College in addition to the media, which means wide promotion for your event.
