Student Organizations

MoSo has numerous of registered student organizations (RSO's), ranging from Chemistry Club to Student Alumni Association; you are bound to fit in with one (or two, or three) of them! If we do not have a club that is tailored to your interest, let us know and we will see if we can help you out! We WANT you to GET INVOLVED! Being involved in extra-curricular activities, such as RSO's, gives you the opportunity to meet people with similar interests, get to know your professors on a more personal level, and is a great supplement to your classroom lectures. Being active in an RSO shows potential employees that you are a team player, outgoing, and will go the extra step to get the job done. Organizations often invite guest speakers in, so it is also a great way to do some networking with someone who works in the field. Missouri Southern's Student Organizations are overseen by the Student Activities Office and the Student Services Office.
