SOBA to Partner with Haitian University
Joplin, MO (April 24, 2008) – Higher Education for Development (HED) is awarding $552,000 to The Robert W. Plaster School of Business Administration for a partnership with University of Quisqueya (UniQ) in Haiti. The partnership will focus on excellence in accounting and finance.

In a comparison of candidates without advanced degrees from the 61 public and private business schools in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas, Missouri Southern State University ranked first in percentage of candidates from public institutions without advanced degrees passing the entire CPA exam in 2006.
