University Police Officer

Missouri Southern State University is seeking applicants for a full-time commissioned University Police Officer. Officers enforce University regulations and city and state laws as they apply on University property and designated areas. Duties include but are not limited to responding to calls for service, investigating crime and completing incident and accident reports, patrolling campus grounds, observing people and situations, checking buildings and responding to emergency situations. Limited supervisory responsibilities. Must be 21 years of age, high school diploma or GED, graduation from the Police Academy is required. Additionally, applicants must pass physical fitness, firearms and practical knowledge testing to be considered for employment.
