Dr. Jean Coltharp is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Missouri Southern State University and serves as the Faculty Senate Representative to the Missouri Southern State University Board of Governors.
As president of the Faculty Senate, Dr. Coltharp represents tenured and non-tenured faculty.
