Comes to Southern from Carthage High School where she prepped for coach Andy
Youngworth ... A very talented thrower, Green was a state qualifier in the shot
put, and was a district and sectional champion the shot, as well ... A three
time all-conference selection in the shot put and discus, Green has personal
bests of 38 feet, three inches in the shot and 114 feet, six inches in the
discus ... Also talented in the classroom, she is a member of the National Honor
Society and president of the Math Club at Carthage.
Personal: Undecided major daughter of Lance and Nancy Green.
