2005-06: Was among Missouri Southern's top four cross country runners all season ... logged a 20th-place finish at the MIAA Cross Country Championships ... named to the MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for cross country ... earned All-MIAA honors indoors in the mile with a time of 5:19.07 ... had the Lions' top indoor times in the mile (5:09.76) and 3000-meter run (10:31.18) ... charted MSSU's top four times during the indoor season in the mile.

2004-05: Competed in the season-opening cross country meet at the University of Arkansas before missing time due to injury ... returned to run in the MIAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 57th. Track: Did not compete in the indoor season ... outdoors, captured three All-MIAA honors in the 5000 meters (third place), 3000 (fourth) and 1500 (fourth) ... had a season-best time in the 1500 at the MIAA outdoor meet (4:41.29) ... had a provisional mark in the 3000 meters (10:07.71) at the MSSU Lionbacker Open.
