2008-09:  An All-MIAA Honorable Mention runner for the Lions during the cross country season ... she participated in every meet placing in the top 30 in almost every meet ... her best finish came at the MIAA Championships where she finshed 16th with a time of 23:54.76 ... her best time came at the University of Arkansas where she had a time of 16:04.7 ... she helped Southern to three 1st Place finishes including the defense of their South Central Region title ... their 1st Place finish also gave them a return trip to the NCAA Division II National Championships

2007-08:  Was a top runner for Southern running in every meet ... she helped the Lions reach the NCAA Division II National Championships which was held at Missouri Southern ... had her best finish at Loyola Lakefront Invitational with an 11th place finish and a time of 19:12 ... ran in both the MIAA Championships and South Central Regional Championships where she had a 22nd and 32nd finish ... during the indoor season Kari ran in the 1 Mile and the 3000m run ... had her best time in the mile with a time of 5:30.33 at UCM Classic ... her best time in the 3000m run at MIAA Championships with a time of 10:36.83 ... during outdoor season Fritchie ran in the 1500m run, 3000m run, and 3000m steeplechase ... her best time and finish came at MIAA Championships in 3000m steeplechase with time of 11:50.53

2006-07: Ran in three cross country meets last season for the Lions ... indoors, competed in the 800 meters, the mile and was on the distance medley relay team ... outdoors, participated in the 1500m and 3000m run and the 2000m and 3000m steeplechase

2005-06: Ran in five of the six cross country meets during the 2005 season for the Lions ... indoors, competed in the 800 meters, the mile and the 1000-meter run ... season-best mark in the 800 was 2:27.92 at the CMSU Mule Relays ... season-best mark in the mile was 5:44.09 at the University of Arkansas.

In high school: Two-time all-state runner in cross country who finished 23rd overall at the 2004 Missouri Class 4 State Championships ... helped the Broncos to the state championship ... cross country best time was 19:08 ... also earned all-state accolades as a freshman ... all state in 2004 as a part of the Broncos 3200-meter relay team that finished seventh at the state meet ... also a part of the LSNHS state championship basketball team in 2002 and was on the state runner-up soccer squad in 2002.
