2006-07: Was again among Missouri Southern's top runners throughout much of
the cross country season ... finished 13th at the MIAA Championships and 59th at
the South Central Regional ... indoors, participated in the mile run and on the
distance medley relay team ... outdoors, finished with a best time of 4:57.01 in
the 1500m run at University of Central Missouri Relays ... also participated in
the 2000m and 3000m steeplechase
2005-06: Was among Missouri Southern's top runners throughout much of
the cross country season, finishing as MSSU's No. 2 runner in each of the last
three meets ... placed 16th at the MIAA Cross Country Championships and 37th at
the South Central Regional ... her season-best 5K cross country time of 19:03.70
came at the MSSU Southern Stampede ... indoors, participated in the mile run and
1000-meter run ... had a season-best clocking in the mile (5:19.45) at the
University of Arkansas on Jan. 13.

three-time all-state runner in cross country and a three-time all-state runner
in track & field ... won the Missouri Class 3 individual state title as a
sophomore in 2002 ... was state runner-up in 2003, helping the Tigers to the
state team title ... finished 10th in cross country at state in 2004 ... served
on three all-state 3200-meter relay teams, helping that unit to a second-place
showing in 2002 and 2004 and a third-place finish in 2003 ... Warrensburg High
School won the Class 3 state title in 2004 and was state runner-up in 2003 ...
all-state as a senior in the 1600-meter run with a fifth-place finish.
