All-American in the triple jump with an eighth-place finish at the national meet
and a mark of 38-07.50 ... earned All-MIAA honors in four events, including the
conference championship in the triple jump and a runner-up finish in the
400-meter dash ... was also third in the MIAA in the long jump and helped the
Lions' 4x400-meter relay squad to a third-place showing at the league meet ...
turned in her season-best marks in the 400 (57.68), long jump (18-2.50) and
triple jump (39-4.50) at the MIAA indoor meet ... posted the Lions top four
times during the indoor season in the 400 ... had four of MSSU's top five indoor
seasonal marks in the long jump and had each of the team's top eight indoor

2004-05: Indoors, earned
All-MIAA in three events: the 400 meters, long jump and triple jump ...
finished third in the 400 (season best 58.04) and triple jump (37-05.25)
at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... was sixth in the long jump (16-10.50) ...
posted the Lions' top four marks in both the long jump and triple jump and had
the team's top six times in the 400 ... was MIAA runner-up outdoors in the
triple jump (38-0.75) behind only teammate Dionne Prince ... also collected
all-conference honors outdoors in the 400-meter dash (fourth, 57.69) and long
jump (third, 18-6, a team season-best) ... ran a team season-best time of 57.16
seconds in the prelims of the 400-meter dash at the conference meet ... had six
of the Lions' top nine best marks in the triple jump for the outdoor season and
three of the top five long jump marks ... a second-team ESPN The Magazine
Academic All-District VII performer, who also earned Academic All-MIAA and MIAA
Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll laurels.
2003-04: Participated in only one indoor meet before being sidelined
for the season with an injury ... didn't participate in any jumps during
the outdoor season, but saw action in six meets ... turned in a season best
59.41 clocking in the 400 at the KU Relays (4/16/04) ... named to the MIAA
Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
2002-03: Earned all-conference honors indoors by helping the 4x400-meter
relay team to a third-place MIAA finish ... posted the Lions' top three
indoor long jump marks ... indoor season best long jump was 17-9.50 at the
MSSU Radio Shack Open ... triple jump best was 37-2.50 at the Sooner Indoor
... to 400m indoors was 59.77 at the MIAA meet ... had five of the top eight
outdoor triple jump marks and the top three outdoor long jumps ... season
best long jump was 17-6.25 at the MSSU Track & Field Festival (4/5/03)
