All-MIAA accolades indoors in the triple jump (fourth) and 60-meter hurdles
(fifth) ... charted season-bests in the 60 meters (8.06), 60-meter hurdles
(school record time of 8.87) and long jump (18-01.00) at the MIAA Indoor Championships ... had a
season-best mark in the triple jump of 36-10.50 at the CMSU Mule Relays ... had
the Lions' top three indoor marks in the 60-meter dash and most of the team's
top marks in the 60-meter hurdles.
2004-05: Indoors, captured
All-MIAA honors in the triple jump with a fourth-place finish ... had five
of the team's top 10 marks indoors in the triple jump ... posted four of
the school's top 10 in the long jump ... season best in the 60-meter dash
was 8.03 seconds at the MIAA meet (2/25/05) ... charted a season-best 60-meter
hurdles time (9.40) at the conference meet (2/25/05) ... ran each of top five
fastest 60-meter hurdles times of the season for MSSU ... repeated as MIAA
outdoor champion in the triple jump with a leap of 38-9 ... had a provisional

8.03 in the MIAA semifinals (2/27/04) ... season best in the 60-meter hurdles
was 9.56 in the MIAA prelims (2/28/04) ... charted an indoor season best
triple jump of 37-6.5 at the MSSU Baymont Inn/Fazoli's Open ... outdoors,
was MIAA champion in the triple jump (39-3.75) and sixth for all-conference
honors in the 100-meter hurdles ... ran team season best 12.57 in 100-meter
dash at the MIAA meet (5/9/04) and a personal season best of 15.44 in 100-meter
hurdles at the conference meet (5/9/04) ... had six of the top nine marks
for the team in the long jump, each of the top 10 in the triple jump, including
a season-best jump of 39-5.75 ... national qualifier in triple jump, and
finished 11th.
At Indy: An indoor and outdoor All-America in the triple jump
